A talented and passionate handloom entrepreneur from Ri-Bhoi District, she specializes in weaving traditional Khasi textiles, using eco-friendly and sustainable Eri silk. Since 2015, she has been crafting high-quality, handcrafted Eri silk products at her home-based weaving unit, preserving traditional weaving techniques passed down through generations. Committed to promoting her craft, she plans to integrate tourism by offering visitors an authentic, hands-on experience of the silk weaving process, and sharing the rich cultural heritage of the Khasi community.
