Launched in April 2023 under the BIRAC-IBSD-BRDC women entrepreneurship initiative in Ri-Bhoi district, this agri-innovation project cultivates 12,000 Dendrobium orchids and supports 10 SHG groups with 5,000 orchids each. It includes floriculture (chrysanthemums, lilies, gladiolus), apiculture with over 450 Apis cerana and stingless bees, and small-scale coffee and cardamom farming. The integrated farm also houses diverse animals and birds, promoting biodiversity and sustainable rural livelihoods in Meghalaya.
